Goal Setting

Performance Demands
Together we break the goal down into the benchmarks to achieve it.

Current Ability
We will assess your current ability against the highlighted benchmarks so you understand exactly what it’s going to take.

Training Program
Together we will define all the training limitations you face and develop a program to progress your current ability to the benchmark ability. We upload and monitor training using Training Peaks.

Ongoing Evaluation
We monitor training output and feed back into the training program to maximise adaptations through open lines of communication and data analysis.

Race Plan
Throughout the process we will both be developing a clear strategy for race day.
