Ability
We will assess your current ability against the highlighted benchmarks so you understand exactly what it’s going to take.

Training
Program
Together we will define all the training limitations you face and develop a program to progress your current ability to the benchmark ability. Training is uploaded and monitored through Training Peaks.

Ongoing Evaluation
We monitor training output and feed back into the training program to maximise adaptations through data analysis and ongoing communication.

Race
Plan
Throughout the process we will both be developing a clear strategy for race day.

Whether you are just starting out in the sport or a seasoned pro. A coach will adapt to suit your needs. Is here to develop your knowledge of the sport and the effects of training so you know what you’re doing and why. Can be a guide for your work/life balance. And a motivator to get you out the door on a cold wet November morning.
Coaching is an investment from both sides, it takes time and effort to build a great working relationship. We limit spaces to ensure all our athletes get the attention they need to be successful.

Futher Info
How invested are you in your performance? A personal trainer will cost you around £40 a hour. 2x a week for a month is £320. With our coaching service you get 28-31 structured training sessions designed around your goals, performance benchmarks and lifestyle.
We develop training targets for each specific block of training. Before we start we’ll highlight the targets then at the end of the block send a report or performance analysis on how you’ve progressed.
We don’t have any sign up fees or lock you into any contracts, fees are paid up front on a monthly basis.
Accurate testing means accurate training. We offer the same testing service you see in the world tour. If you have lofty goals you want to ensure your training is dailed in to match. If you are working full time then training needs to maximise the time you have available.
Good coaching takes time and effort, we only have a limited number of spaces available to ensure every athlete gets the attention they need to succeed.
